At Global Key Hub LLC, we strive to provide genuine and verified software keys instantly.
Due to the nature of digital products, please read our refund and returns policy carefully.


1. Digital Products

All products sold on our website are digital software keys delivered electronically via email. Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available if the product key is invalid or non-working.
  • To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the key.
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. Replacement Keys

Before a refund is issued, we will always attempt to provide a replacement key. Most issues are resolved this way quickly and efficiently.

4. Payment Reversal

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear.

5. Exclusions

  • Refunds are not available for keys that have been successfully activated.
  • Refunds are not available for orders that violate the Terms & Conditions of Global Key Hub LLC.
